Just wanted to say hello & give an update on Bob.  He is such an awesome dog & so handsome!  He's never met a person or animal he doesn't like.  Although some of our other animals don't feel the same about him.  He can't seem to figure out why our pigs & one of our horses don't want to play.  He did learn to swim this summer in the pond.  He loves it.  Funny thing is he won't get in the pool though.  He likes to chase us on the ATV & hang out in the barn too.  He's becoming a great farm dog. Hi Sandy, Just thought I'd send an update on Bob.  He weighed in today at 106 pounds at just a week shy of 7 months old.  We have been going to beginner training classes and he is a super student.  He now comes when called (even when he's distracted) and walks on a loose leash around the neighborhood as well as sit and lay down.  He's such a great dog... even though he's a bed hog! Just thought I'd drop you a note to let you know how Bob has done his first couple of weeks with us and send a couple pictures.  He's quite the spoiled puppy these days.  We've got puppy toys EVERYWHERE.  We gave him a bath the other day and I can't say it was his favorite thing, yet he loves to play in the rain.  His new favorite "toy" is the weeping willow out front.  He runs through the low hanging wisps and plays tug-o-war with them.  He has quite the BIG personality.

We went to the vet last week for one of his next shots and he weighed in at around 27 pounds.  So about 5 pounds in just over a week!  We, again, just want to thank you for such a wonderful little guy.  He has the best personality... loving everyone he meets and especially enjoys laying in our laps.  By the way... everyone we meet says he definitely looks like a Bob.
